Taking Care of Yourself

A healthy lifestyle is essential to long life. By incorporatring healthy eating and exercise habits into daily living, individuals can potentially reduce their risk of many medical conditions we  face today.

Nutrition and high blood pressure are connected. Maintaning a healthy weight and watching sodium intake, blood pressures can be better managed. Simple non-strenuous walking and exercise can increase bloodflow and circulation. Controlling diabetes and hypertension are key to reducing kidney disease complications.

Always speak with your physicians to discuss the right exercise and eating programs suited for you.
