Our Physician and Staff Members

Dr. Barakzoy and his support staff have many years of medical experience to provide the best of care and services. Our staff coordinates care with primary care physician, other specialists, hospitals, and dislysis to assit in each patients continuity of care.

With any new patients or each calendar year, insurance and patient information requires updating. Please submit new forms and HIPAA (Patient Privacy Releases) to ensure medical or billing services will not be delayed.

Dr. Ahmad Barakzoy

Dr. Barakzoy is an accomplished Nephrologist. Practicing dual specialties, he has the ability to formulate treatment options involving those of an Internist and Nephrologist. He is a resident of the Jacksonville community coming to us after graduation from the University of West Virginia School of Medicine.

Dr. Barakzoy completie his Bachelors in Biology from Rutgers University and was accepted into Medical School at UWV for both Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He was honored with the Department of Medicine's Scholastic Achievement Award.

Sylvia Kirby, MA (Manager)

Sylvia has been a medical assistant in excess of 20 years. She brings with her medical experience to help guide patients to improve self-care options. Providing informative healthcare information is vital to successful outcomes. Sylvia can assist with guiding patients and their families through medical options regarding healthcare initatives, dialysis care, and transplantation services.
